School Tastic E111

Hey everybody, did you guys have fun this weekend? I did! This weekend I went to Leon Campground with my friend Abby. When we got to the campground Abby and I went to the playground and went on the teeter totter. After that we did flips on the jungle gym. Then we went to the campsite and ate supper and toasted marshmallows on the red flamming fire. Abby and I really wanted to go swimming but my Mom wouldn't let us because she thought it was too cold, which it wasn't! After that, me my Mom and Abby tried to look for the frog pond, which we couldn't find, and then we saw Bobbi Kent. Next we had to go back to the campsite, and Amy walked by. We were soooo excited to see her! After that, Abby, Amy and me went back to the playground and talked about girl stuff. Then it was time for bed. I had to sleep on a stick! Oh, by the way, we were sleeping in a tent! The next morning we got up, ate breakfast, and then went back up to the playground, went on the teeter totter, and then we went swimming. We also went to my sisters camper. Later on, my friend Trey came. Then we roasted marshmallows again, ate smores, and did some more swimming. Our friend Mitch jummped in the pool with his pants on! It was so so cold in the pool! Then me and Abby took an nice long warm shower in our swimsuits. We stayed in there for at least an hour and sang the whole time! Then it was time to go back to the campsite to visit with my Granny and our other friends. Me, Trey and Abby wanted to go in the tent to wrestle each other. That night after we went to bed there was a big storm! And so we rushed to get everything in the truck to hurry home at 4:00 in the morning! By the time we got home it stopped raining! Later that morning we had to go back to Leon to finish packing our stuff and to take down the tent. Next we went to the frog pond which really wasn't that amazing because there were NO frogs. Then we went home. Abby went to her Grandma's and I went and stayed over at Trey's house. Trey's Mom took us to see Indiana Jones. It was the best movie I ever saw ( but not better than Phantom of the Opera)! Then it is today, Memorial Day! Happy Memorial Day! I spent the whole day outside and ate a LOT of chicken and corn on the cob! I hope everyone had a good Memorial weekend like I did!! Bye!
